EVALUATION/THERAPY
• Children are seen for an evaluation and/or therapy in their natural environment in the home, daycare, or in our office.
• Services are provided in a one on one setting to maximize the child’s progress.
• After school appointments and Saturday appointments are available.
• When you have received the original prescription from your child’s pediatrician for the speech-language evaluation and treatment, please call the office to schedule an appointment. Upon arrival, you will have paperwork to complete. The evaluation will consist of a play-based environment using standardized tests, and parent interview.
The therapist asks that you provide a preferred snack and drink for your child to have during the evaluation.
